I only recently discovered that a website existed for RAAF School Penang. A workmate pointed it out to me one day and I have been a regular visitor to the site ever since.

I was in Malaysia from 1979 to 1981 and I also attended Tinkerbell Kindergarten in 1980. I lived at Jalan Gajah, Tanjong Bungah. Our house was right next door to the old NAFEE Convenience store.

My father, who was a Safety Equipo discharged from the RAAF in 1988 after 20 years. I myself am now in the RAAF and I am based at Williamtown NSW. I joined in January 2001 at the age of 25 after numerous career changes since finishing school in 1993.

I have been back to Penang a couple of times since for holidays, most recently in Jan. 1998. I plan on going back in Feb.2003 for Chinese New Year and I can't wait!

I am interested in contact with anyone from KW 1981 including my teacher, Ms Walsh.
P.S. I used to love those Chickadees and snack size Nutellas from the canteen!!
