"I have lots of memories. The swimming club were we had many a great dance along with the Hostie discos, the shopping of course and school, sitting on the hill watching the boys play their manly games and getting a tan while watching the sport being played. The people, the makan carts and the friends you made are very special.

I am married to Terry for 25 years and have three girls. Olivia is 23, married and soon to be a mum - she is a Civil Engineer. Natalie is 22 and works for Whittaker McNaught in finance and Vicky, 19, works at TAFE. We have been back to Penang in 1982 for 2 years and had a lot of fun then too but the memories are very different to when we were at school. "
